Edgewater Invites Leonia Residents To Halloween Event

EDGEWATER, N.J. -- A “spooktacular” Halloween event is planned for Edgewater and Leonia residents at the Edgewater Marina on Saturday, Oct.31 from 10 a.m. until noon.

Participants in the fourth annual Trunk or Treat will meet at the Edgewater Ferry in their costumes and enter the grounds for the Trick or Treat Trail.

There will be a variety of “safe trick-or-treat” stops set up around the property, sponsored by neighborhood businesses and organizations. Refreshments will be provided for participants, and for parents.

The event is free and open to residents of Edgewater and Leonia only. It could be the kickoff for your trick or treating adventure, or a midday stop.

NOTE: There is no parking at the Edgewater Marina is at 989 River Rd., so please plan on walking from home or park on a local street. If it rains, the event will be held in the Community Center.
